Coded welders are approved to the company’s Weld Procedure Qualifications and Specifications. Robust policies and procedures control Inspection & test Plans, Quality Plans, Route cards and weld inspection procedures.
All pipe supports are calculated and fabricated in line with an EN 1090 Exec Class2 (with design elements) Factory Control procedure with a Declaration of Performance as verification.
When circumstances allow pipe ends may be pressed for spinning flanges to reduce the number of welds and subsequent requirement for NDT testing.
Pipe spool welded joints are passivated before flanged ends are plastic capped toprevent internal contamination during handling and transportation.A nationwide installation service and teams of CSCS card holding operatives offers clients reliable and quality installations.
